Our Sessions

Combine knowledge of cardiac arrest and hands on practise for people who are unconscious, unresponsive and not breathing normally

  • Danger/Safety

  • Checking for a RESPONSE or SIGNS OF LIFE (Look and Listen)

  • Shouting for HELP/Calling 999

  • Starting CPR

  • Using a public access defibrillator

  • Knowing what to do until further help arrives

  • Recovery position
